Every company having different policies.... so plz before implimenting salary structures in company contact ur Finance dept / your HOD.
The following component are there
Basic
HRA
EDUcation Allowance
Conveyance Allowance
Personal Allowance
other allowance
you can bifercate gross salary 40% is Basic, 20% is HRa and others is balance amount.

Dear Nirmala,
It would be illigal if you bifurgate the basix salary and ESI/PF amount will goes down from this formula,
You can get a notice from ESI/PF inspection even employee consent also taken.
If your management really want to provide other allowances than it should be additionally other part of your earlier salary and you can implement this policy for new joiners.
