I am Praveen here.
Appraisal system helps HR managers/dept to effectively communicate with the employee and dept heads.
It helps oraganizations to be transperant with employees and communicate what is expected of him and on what parameters his performance will be judged.
Provides a process based approach.
Saves time of hr dept in following up with the concerned stakeholders in completing appraisal process.
Reduces paper work.
