Minimum wage rise
Dear seniors kindly guide me on minimum wage rise : as per gujarat state government in a year minimum wage rise twice.6 months in my orgenisation we do increments once in a year. so as per act minimum wage is rise twice in a year: for example: if i have fixed basic salary 5000/within a 6 months wage rise will declare then again i have to raise the basic salary. where in if i adjust the amount from ctc then his/her in hand salary will reduce by some amount. kindly note that i am not giving d.a what is the solution for the same. kindly guide me please..

Salary revision - not allowed to hike our and team salaries without completing 1 full financial year?
We are a private limited firm established in feb 2017. currently we are in process of revising our salaries however a good friend of mine said that since we are a new company and haven t completed 1 full financial year we are not allowed to hike our and team salaries. i wanted to check if this is true?

Dear sir it is a new company. we have 25 no. of employees. out of 25 employees 10 employee s basic salaries crassed the rs.6500/. is there any statutary requirement to cover pf act for remining 15 no. of employees ie total employees no.25 exempted employees no. 10. pl. advice.
Usual salary increments in bpos
I have a small bpo in india. i reside out of india and am not well versed with standards in india. my employees in india tell me that most bpos in india give 30 raise within 36 months of employment and then 2025 raise in subsequent 6 months. thus giving more than 50 raise in very first year itself. then 1520 raise every 612 months there after. i do find it excessive. can some body comment on it and tell me what are the usual increments for average performing employee in first 12 years of there job. also they say that 1 month of salary as diwali bonus once a year is industry standard. is it true? thanks vpa
