Hi,
Im an MBA student, curently doing a project in a retail MNC.
My project title is
" Employee's perception on training programs in the organization"

objective of the project
  • To find out how much the employee perceive the training programs conducted are effective and benificial.
  • To convey wat type of training they need to perform the job better to the orgnzn.
  • To convey the problems faced by the empoyees to the organisation( wat organisation shld do inorder to make the trng prgrms more effective, which motivates employyee to attend n learn).
pls help in formulating the questionare
  • what type of questions do i need to use to extract exact information.
  • Any readly available questnr if possible.
