Dear All,
I would like to appeal IHR experts to give insight on managing people from Japan, Europe, and US. What’s the major difference do you find while managing people from the above countries comapre to India? Or kindly share your practical experience on managing employees on global projects.
I am sure this information will be informative for all aspiring HR managers.
Aparna Sethi.

Dear Aparna,
One very important aspect of International HR is International Labour laws, since you will responsible for their HR process & initiative implementation, you should also be aware of the local labour laws.
I suggest you also visit www.ilo.org for the information on Local labour laws of the countries registered in ILO.
Best Regards,

Japanese management is diametrically opposite to American management. Japan believes in lifetime employment. They treat senior employees respectfully and believe in collective decision making.
