Dear All,
Could any of you please help me in conducting Training Needs Analysis for the role of HR assistant/Administrator?
How to plan and conduct a TNA for any of the above HR roles ?
What are the main steps in conducting TNA and how to identify the development and training needs for HR assistant or administrator role?
I would really appreciate your kind help.
Any Hints, ideas or weblinks would be grateful.
Thanks a lot,
Atif Aziz

While conducting TNA please go through the employee's appraisal and find out the training column and you will come to know his interest and willingness also.
You need to go each employee file and it is long exercise but useful.
Let me know if you required any other thing.
