Hi All,
My outsourcing agency denied to provide me the employee wise details in the ESI & PF Challan which they are sending me on monthly basis. What they provide me is the summary of ESI & PF Challan which talks about Employer Code & Employer contribution towards the payment made by them.
Reason which they cited is that they cannot provide me the employee list since it contains the list of about all the employees they have hired for other companies.
I want to know that the summary sheet is an authentic document for my company or a company needs to have the employee list for which the ESI & PF Challan are submitted.
if no, then by what way can i get the employee list for whom PF & ESI Challan is submitted.

either you are not HR personnel or not know about PF &ESI challans,basically yoiur outsorcing personnel are right.from the chhalans you can not get any detail.these outsorcing personnel are doing lot of adjustment which u can not understand.
you just ask from them ESI code details of each employee aqnd photocopy of ESI Card.regarding PF , take PF number of each employee.complete details you only get from halfyearly/yearly returns.
