Hi, Can anybody help me out by the giving major difference between generalist Hr profile and Payroll profile. Can anyone explain role of HR Generalist and Role of Payroll Profile. Regards Saloni

Hi Generic HR do like Recruitment, Training, Induction, EE relations........ Payroll person do more in SALARY part like Running payroll, statutory part... Thanks

Payroll Software System :- Maintain the Time Office Part, Attendance entry in payroll ,Arrear , Personal record,Salary structure , Payroll Processing, taking care of various statutory report like OT, PF, ESI, WAGES, BONUS, CA & OTHER ALLOWANCES, ETC
The person who is handling the payroll can go easily in Compensation and IR Dept.
