Complaint against pf
Dear folk i need to give a compliant against one of the clerical staff who is taking care of our pf claim settlement in pf office. the clerk always not processing our claims on time and rejecting our pf claims for no reason and he is simply stating worth less reason. even when we are rectifying all these issue still he is not ready to process our claims. please let me know how to whom should i talk with this in this regards in pf office. please guide me to proceed further... regards madhan

A contractor finishes work /contract and cleares wages full and final of his labours. but later its found that the contractor has not settled pf claims of his labours and those labours are urging princupal employer to look into that. the contractor is having his own pf code and while checking it is found that contributions has been deposited by the contractor but is relactant in settling the pf claims. what can principal employer do in such case to ensure claim settlement by the contractor apart from persuation and holding final bill rgds dg
Deducted pf on the encashment of compensatory off itself claims that the company has not been following the act?
Hi hr colleagues i would like to mention a situation where a company is deducting pf on the encashment amount of compensatory off at their factory employees. as company have its internal policy of encashment of compensatory off if not availed within next six months. my argument is that as per the factory act it s mandatory to give a break after continuous working of 48 hours whereas by deducted pf on the encashment of compensatory off itself claims that the company has not been following the act. kindly put the light of your comments on the above situation as my urge is that we should not deduct the pf on encashment of compensatory off and should have paid in cash only. looking forward in the anticipation of an expert view on the above situation.

Dear all one of my company employee has resigned his job last year and withdraws his pf claims & pension scheme certificates. he recently rejoined in my company and once again i have to deduct his pf contribution upto 6500/ from his salary. my ques is : it is mandatory to open a new pf account or else we can make contribution towards his old pf account number??? thanks & regards s. balamurugan

Hello to all i need guidelines relating pf because i dont have any prior experience i am working as hr executive over here. in our company i dont have any senior who can get clarified these issues. 1 how we will get to know the changes in pf calculation or any changes in labor department minimum wage remittance of labor welfare fund 2 when can an employee withdraw his pf amount? after his resignation does he need to wait for 2 months from the date of leaving? where we need to submit those forms in pf office can we use soft copy for withdrawal? 3 when can employee get back his claims from pf office? waiting for your valuable replays. thanks & regards sheela
