i have done my MSC and currently working has HR-Exec, however most ppl say that MBA is more valuable to succed in HR, is MBA a mandate??
I m planning to do MBA in distance, is it worth doing in correspondance, can i get some info where and which univ i can pursue MBA (best for distance edu), since i had already done my masters is there any possibility to do a lateral entry (into final year)????? plz guide me....

mba AND msc ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT DEAR,, SO HOW CAN YOU THINK OF GETTING LATERAL ENTRY :beatup: TAKE MY ADVICE DO A FULL TIME MBA ,, ;-)
