Organisations are always looking for transfer of learning from workshop to work place. Just doing a theoretical course may not be enough to be able to train effectively. You would need the practical dimensions to make it happen. You can seek help by emailing to as they have a definite approach bringing about changes in behaviours, habits, mindsets and attitudes.
You can gain an indepth understanding of how to understand your audience by observing their behaviour, how to assess them with psychometric tests ands assessments, how to conduct specific behavior games and activities that relate to workplace behavior, how to communicate using subconscious methodology and many more important dimensions of training that holds the key to be effective. Please remember Oscar Murphy trainers are much sought after and are widely known for their specialised skills backed by right attitudes and knowledge.

Hi Saloni,
The course is very subjective, the paper I OB in particular, paper II and III are kind of dry, lots to study for 90 marks. however the others are managble. some important tips:
1. refer old question papers.
2. Get use to writing, the more you write the more you score.
3. II yr is easier than Ist, so a little extra effort.
Let me know if you need any kind of support.
Regards,
Dib
