We are into corporate training and currenlty in the process of performance appraisal. We follow 360 degree appraisal system.
I am looking for generic appraisal parameters that would be relevant for the Managers and Team Leaders. The parameters should be department specific for Marketing, Triaining, Technical Support, Finance, Admin.
Would appreciate an early response to the query.

katyana: I think will help U in finding Key performance indicators & key performance areas.
You may also look at the conceptual framework of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) that has four main components ("perspectives" as they use the term) - Financial; Customer; Internal Process; Learning & innovation.
You can develop KPI's (from the source suggested by sadafaanjum) within each of these. That would make your presentation look more organized (Just a thought).
