Dear Srinivas,
Following are my observation on your ppt:
a) role of HR in the mentoring programme is not mentioned, though mentoring is major HR intervention
b) why mentoring fails is not mentioned
c) how to appraise the mentoring programme is not mentioned
d) there is complete disconnect between slide 9 and 10. There are few more disconnection later also
e) There is no consistency in font size, font type etc. Few slides do not have heading
f) mentoring programme involves investment of time of mentoring and mentee. What are the organisational gains out of this investment is not covered
g) slide 5 talks about change. Mentoring programme is a proactive change, is this mentioned anywhere?
h) few slides have too much information.

Dear Mr MJ Hurani,
I have given corrective measures in my post. In my critical appreciation, I have given suggestions also. Updating the complete presentation is not my job.
By the way, once the film is released, director does not tell film critiques to give corrective measures. He does it before release of the film and not after.
I handle training programmes on Mentoring. Owing to my training, I have done extensive study of the subject. Mr. Divekar,
I believe the corrective measures or critical feedback was not asked by the DIRECTOR ( SRINIVAS ). Moreover 2 individuals have different thoughts and processes otherwise they would be like imitating or aping our ancestors. So rather sharing your feedback or corrective measures, kindly post your presentation and i am sure you will receive positive feedback based on your vast knowledge and experience.
Kindly take this feedback it with a pinch of SALT and TEQUILA......
