As you said, let me clear one thing that we will write it in the designation wise For. Eg. in a designation 10 employees are there, in that we have add the 10 employees wages and then we have to calculate the per day wage.

Let me clear that this register is not to be filled up by designation. In this register we are to take the category of workers e.g. un-skilled, semi-skilled, skilled, clerical & misc. staff. You are to give brief description of work. You may take these categories from minimum wages notification of the appropriate Govt. Then you are to write the no. of men & women employed in you unit. There is no need of calculating the daily rate of wages. You are to give the rate of wages in whatever form they are in the wages register. The rate of wages will vary according to their experience. The main objective of this Act is to see whether there is discrimination in wages of men & women employees. The pay scale should be the same for both the sex. If there is more than one component in monthly wages you may write accordingly. For example if the basic of a fresher is 3000/-pm & that of having 5 years experience is 5000/-pm, then you may write 3000/- to 5000/- in the component of basic. You may also give note in remarks column that wages varies according to experience. This is really difficult to understand this format as this gives lot of confusions.

Sample of Register in Form "D" has been filled up by me as per you request. you may add more categories as per you unit.Register have bee filled up in all the three cases wherein wages/ salary is being paid to the workers on monthly/per day basis or by way of different comonents.

It is no where written that this register is to be maintained on monthly basis & therefore in my opinion we are to update it whenever there happens to be any change in the particulars/information entered by you in the register maintained at your level.

Thanks for sharing form D it is a great help. But I have some query, I will be grateful for you. Please clear my doubts on the below points.
1. In Haryana minimum wages are revised in the Month of January and July every year. But we receive the notification in the month of February and August. Will we have to maintain the register in the month of February and August respectively or in the same month in which minimum wages are revised i.e. January and July?
2. You instructed that It is maintained category wise like unskilled, semiskilled so on. But in my orgnisation there is no female worker in unskilled, semiskilled and skilled category, so still we have to mention all these category.
3. In attached file, you have not mentioned how to show staff and higher management as there is not category in minimum wages notification. In which category they all mentioned.
Sir, please clear all my doubts on the above points asap.
