I have completed my PGDM (HR) in 2007 and from last 8months i am working with a big organization as an HR executive, as this company is highly affected due to recession so there is insecurity of job. So, before they say anything i have to arrange my backup. Earlier i was into secretarial/ Administration jobs and i have around 5 years of experience in that but i don't want to go back to that work and will my 1 year experience would be enough for to take up new job.
kingly guide me how should i prepare my CV to be shortlisted for HR Jobs. In interview, i can prove myself but my Resume is not getting shortlisted for any HR Job. I am still getting interview calls for secretary/ Admin positions.
Currently i am into HR operational jobs; joining formalities, induction, Mediclaim, Sodexo, Attendance, Leave management job posting etc, recruitment, Oracle HRMS.
Please suggest me what should i do??? and Guide my if, I got any interview call, what type of questions generally asked by interviewer for HR Generalist profile for above responsibilities
