Hi Everyone
As we are aware and talking too much on the current recession and effects-side-effects of the same.
I would like to invite everyone to share the policies / measures taken-up by them as HR to work-on this difficult scenario. Many small -small activities can build-up high in saving costs or out-of-box thinking have saved lay-offs.
You can share events from your own organization or from organizations you know for sure
Eg : My organization, we have started Teleinterviews / Conf Call interviews instead calling candidates at HO (Mine is 4000 cr - 35 project side based organisation)
Effective Travelling plan - instead of Airfare, use economy travel

Dear Sailee,
We have reduced the transportation cost, Trail travel instead of Air travel, Travelling in Economy class, reduction in telephonic bills, transfer of employees from one unit to another unit instead of new recruitment, deduction in entertainment expenses etc.
Thanks n regards,

Dear sir/madam,
