Hi all find attached herewith the ppt presentation about the team efforts and team management and how we are planning on team management and how others working in team. it is funny but the hr professionals should take a serious consideration and work towards team efforts and not team management. kindly send in your opinions and suggestions how to overcome the team management.
How do i get the split team to a strong team
Hi i am sure experts and most experienced would look into this topic. i am working with a team which started off really well it was really strong the bond between team was going really good.. after the team alignment/ reporting changes happened there is a major deviation. people who were interested to be part of team are now not willing to be part of the meeting. they are asking questions like why do we need to have this meeting is this giving any value add to us or process the initial intention to have this forum was to have the team share their best practise to share their views concerns etc.. many want to continue this.. but we need a way in which we can motivate people. i feel team building does not work as their thought on team building activities is a time waste there will not be any participation. need your help to analyze what can be done to get the team enthu back. regards malavika
Team fund tracker
Hi in our company we have started with new practice where certain fund is given to each team on monthly basis as team fund that team can either use it in that particular month or accumulate it for bigger activity in future. they are supposed to use this fund for team building exercises and activities. to keep a track of this we have developed a team fund tracker which i am posting here. i hope this will be also useful to other hr professionals. regards deepak
Handling non cooperative employee
Hi team i have one of my team member who just delivers what is expected out of her. but she does not want to contribute anything to the team. even when we ask her for any suggestion she is not offering any. when i asked her for any complaints in the team she did not state anything. any questions we ask the answers are very blunt and one word answers. the management is not ready to lose this employee because she is smesubject matter expert for me it is becoming a nightmare in handling this employee in any team activity. please suggest me ways i can handle this kind of team members..
Team building concerns
Dear all: i am a communication trainer however i would need to conduct a training session on team building for a team in my firm. this team is a mix of team leaders their immediate subordinates and their trainee juniors. their manager had addressed the following concerns about this team: 1. cannot take positive criticism. 2. too much of "me" among the team members. 3. no cooperation at all. 4. the team leaders & their immediate subordinates stay grouped which makes the trainee juinors feel left out and results being treated unfairly. 5. lack of maturity. 6. inappropriate delegation of work. 7. ineffective time management. please suggest how should i go about organizing a team building training session or workshop for such a mixed audience but on the same issue. please guide. with much thanks regards kve
