hi,
Thanks for your valuable suggestions..but one thing i m confused about that is the program only conducted in bangalore only or in delhi also?? and is it more theory oriented? becausse in terms of theory i have studied enough in books and magazines..now i would like to do something in practical...is the internship in HR in a company is the right option because it would give me hands on experience in the job also..

Guess the best thing to do for an excellent HR Career is to start specializing! You should be a specialist in any of the HR verticals for having a price tag on your talent!
Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee & Organizational Development or any other vertical. Recruitment is perhaps the easiest to get into. There are a lot of consultants who are hiring fresh talent for Recruitments
Thanks
