Trust me the material is damn good! There is an attachment on Recruitment to retirement - what a fresher in Human Resources must know. Make use of it.

Command over language: Knowing the proper usage of words and being thorough with the grammar
One can say "He has a good command over the English Language" Or a "Good command over the Hindi Language"
U r so perfect with the usage of words and there would be no error wth the grammar.

Communication skill: Stresses on how effectively u communicate the message.
U might come across a person who is well versed with the English Language or someone who may nt even know the language that well - so ur skills lie in effectively conveying the message what u exactly meant - and making the listener understand it the same way u meant it.

Sometime in business - u may need to send a harsh message but in a professional manner, so ur communication skills lie in using the right words but not harsh statements, and yet - convey the message "professionally"

These are just parts of what communication skills mean. I am sure our Seniors in citeHR will help u with additional input.

Thanks & Good Luck!
