Dear All,
I work for a software company having about 60 employees. We are in need of a HR software that can help us in areas like recruitment, leave management, timesheet & attendance and human resource management. Please let me know if there is anything that can be purchased between a range of 50,000 TO 75,000 INR. We are looking at something basic for the moment.... so i would appreciate anyone suggesting some products to me.

We are looking forward to having a software that can hold the recruitment process, Leave and attendance management, time sheet maintenance and employee database management. A basic software would do for the time being.

I don't think you will get Recruitment, Leave management, Attendance and Time sheet for 75K. In case if some of the desperate vendors sell you enterprise software for this price, am not thinking that they can tailor made it as per your requirements/provide good support. I think you may get basic employee information package and leave management system for 75K. Implementation costs can come extra. If possible convince your CEO and try to get Rs. 4 - 5 lakhs for basic employee information, leave, attendance and recruitment.
Definitely You can create Salary slip with the help of Excel need to other software but This is the Possible if Your purpose is not complex..and Your Firm is Small..
For Complex program and Big firm You can design excel base Program but you have to used Macro or VBA code.
