Thanks for the slides.
I have one query. a bullet point in your 4th Slide, reads
"From 95% of communication, 45% is of listening"
Can you please elaborate. Where does the 5% and 55% fit in?.

Hi yuva It seems you took it wrong,It means 95% of business activities consists of communication. among which 45% activities are of listening. Hope this clears your confusion. Regards Mudit
