I am so confused of the current Labour law, I wanted to know regarding an employee whose due for residence visa renewal on November, he doe not want to renew his visa with his employer, so the employer accepted the resignation and told him that he will work until Oct 31, 2009. WHta aboput the ban? Is he going to have a Labour ban?

As per UAE Labour Law, an employee is eligible for annual leave of 30 days on completion of 12 month or on completion of 11 months, 12th month will be his leave. Can someone clarify this please?
