Planning an employee Satisfaction survey (5 ratings) - How do I calculate the scores?

Hi, I am planning an employee Satisfaction survey. I wanted to know how are the scores calculated.
I have given 5 ratings Strongly Agree 5, Agree 4, Neutral 3, Disagree 2, Strongly Disagree 5. and I have 100 questions. How do I calculate the scores?
Pls advise as I have to present it in 3 days.

Dear Sujata
Take the frequency distribution of the scores for each question calculate the standard deviations and present it in a graphical format.
Eg. for q 1 there are 20 people who have answered so plot them on that scale this is how you will get frequency distribution.

HI Sujata,

Are the 100 questions grouped into categories? If not you need to conduct a factor analysis (Refer to kcl.ac.uk/content/1/c6/02/63/41/Entwistle-Ontariopaper.doc to see how Prof. Entwistle had done a factor analys for a different study.
