Guidelines to Recruitment.


A firm guideline for recruitment process is listed below. Total compliance to the process is solicited from all concern. A non adherence will render the recruitment invalid and company shall not be responsible for any commitments made to the prospective candidate by any individual.

1. Manpower requisition format should be filled completely by the individual (hereafter called “the Originator”) completely in all respect and forwarded to HR head. The formats will be available with HR.

2. HR head will analyze the requisition with reference to the organization chart / current need.

3. If the need is justified and signed by the HR Head, the form will be forwarded to Final Sanctioning Authority may be MD/CEO/Gr.HR Head etc.

4. After getting approval, HR will initiate candidate search through various means like internal database, advertisement, reference, recruitment agencies or any other means. If the proposal is declined by the MD the same shall be conveyed to the originator. Remedial action will be reviewed by the HR head with the originator.

5. HR will receive applications and after due scrutiny and relevance validation forwards them to the originator.

6. The originator along with the HR head will shortlist a bunch of candidates. HR will fix date, time and place for interview, mutually convenient to all party.

7. Interview calls will be sent by HR to all the prospective candidates. Interview panel will be selected by Head HR based upon relevance and expertise available with in the company.

8. Interviews will be conducted in two stages, namely preliminary and final .

9. During the final interview final candidate will be selected and two candidate will be kept under hold. Offer letter will be sent to the selected candidate. In case the selected candidate declines to join the organization on any account the offer letter will be sent to the next best candidate and so on.

10. After finalization an offer letter with clear terms of appointment may be given to the candidate in duplicate so that he can return a copy duly signed in a token of his acceptance of the terms and conditions.

11. H.R. Department on joining will hand over complete job description to the employee after collecting following document from him.

o Birth Certificated Self Attested.

o Relieving letter of his prior Company

o Joining Report

o Employees Passport size photographs

o Blood Group Report.

o Medical Certificate for being Medical fit

o Other Educational Certificates – Self Attested.

12. Human Resource officer will create a Personal File of newly appointed employee and allot a unique Identification Code to that employee. This ID code shall be mentioned in each and every future communication with that employee.

13. An Identity Card shall be given to employee which he must keep with him during working hours hanging to his shirt pocket or collar.

14. Induction and Orientation Program will be conducted before joining the originating department of the selected candidate.
