Open your Word Document
Choose Main Menu -> Tools - > Letters and Mailings
After enabling Letters and Mailings, you can use its tool bar, then try to use these buttons one by one that will lead you to select the fields whichever to be displayed in your document.
After selecting necessary fields, <<< ABC>> that will make the link to fetch out the data from your excel and and display it word in the specified positions.
It is so easy process, you can make it. Do it then you will get it.

have viewed the above attachment for payroll and payslip but cannot adapt myself. What I am looking for is how top prepare the formula so as to have the inforMation from the payroll transferred to the payslip. I have a colleague working on this attachment but he is no more. So I find myself at a loss to add or delete new recruits. What I mean is to have a good tutorial to start afresh. Anyone to help.

HELP i have 200 employee i need a spread sheet that i can use to do payslip, that calculate and accumulate figure and on another sheet is show PAYE only

HI, can any body tell, how to calculate PF, ESI, and other claims with basic salary, is there any ready format, if I put only basic salary it will automatically generate all other claims?
