Hello All,
We are benchmarking the training hours of our company with the industry standards. We are an HIT company in Pune with employee strength of 700 employees.

Can anyone tell me whether there is a benchmark in manual writing hours? I mean if the training is for 120 hours then how much of time should be devoted in writing the training manual?
