Dear All,
i was offered an internship by a private limited company. i aceepted the offer, and was confirmed as a permanent employee after two months of training.
however i have resigned last week, and neither offer letter for internship nor confirmation letter mentions a notice period to be served. After resigning management is holding my pay saying it would be paid along with notice period pay thats is with full and final settlement. also now i have been told that An intern is not allowed for paid leave, and the leaves taken during internship period will be adjusted in my full and final settlement. i ahvent taken any loan, nor any oither payement is due to company on my part.
Please advise how to proceed further. can i press them to pay my last month slary, and relieve me from duty with immediate effects.
Warm Regards,
XYZ

Dear,
It is truely unethical.
U did a big mistake. u should consider urself lucky that in no time u get permanent.
And people takes years for same. But loose it.
And top of that u don't have any testimonial of internship. It is great.
Dude u should possess a doc. pertaining to ur internship to get the claim or else u can't demand for compensation.
Hard luck!! u can do anything in this regard. Forget it & look forward to ur career.
Oppurtunities are ample.
Best of luck for ur future.
Regards
Vipin

I have been working with a company for the last 8 months and I have signe a bond of 2 years with the same. However they are allowing to release the bond provided you have some genuine reason. Now I have a backbone compression and I am not allowed to sit for long hours. Will it be a genuine reason, considering that I have a medical slip(not certificate) by a doctor.
Kindly help
