Our is a medium-sizes IT company. Our accountant who is working in our company since 1978, is now leaving our comapny,better to say retireing at his own wish. I am the only HR person in this comapny, having onl;y experi ence of 8 months. Can I organise exit interview for that person. How can i design the form and what should be my medium.
