Dear Sir,
I was working in an organisation(Biggest Amusement Park) in Mumbai from January'07 to 20th July'08 on the post of Asst. Manager. Due to change in management and internal politics, all senior team were bound to leave the organisation, those who were left have started harassing me to move. I was bound to take the step due to these wicked ones. I left the place with proper handover and clearance from all the departments(copy of the same is still with me). Now since after 8 months of separation, they have not yet cleared my Full and Final payments and kept my duly filled PF form with them since long. I was also provided Resignation acceptance letter and relieving letter by earlier HR head. Now I am trying hard in all communications(mail, phone) but they are delaying by citing silly reasons like: one client payment is pending, etc. I wish to know:
a) How to know my PF no.? ( It is not mentioned in my salary slip and they are not even disclosing it)
b) How to withdraw the PF amount externally through EPFO?
c) How would i be able to get my F&F amount? But i know that they will not pass on the same.

Please help as i am urgent need of resources at this recession time. I wish to get the PF amount atleast.

Dear Ashish,
Without knoing PF no. it is very difficult to say that how can claim your pf. Ist of all u know your pf no. from hr deptt. or check with the local pf authorities(regional P.F.commissioner office) or complaint with the pf authority. But Ist u check your payslip for dudecting your pf contribution or not. If yes then hope you know your pf no. and again fill your pf forms and deposit the same in PF office duly signed with your previous org. or bank where you have account. In case of your F&F you can complaint against the employer in payment authorities.

Hi Ashish,
1st thing is that, nobody hold your PF amount or claim.
2nd is If the PF account number is not showing at your salary slip so, you have to check is that, PF deduction has made or not. (but PF a/c no. should be showes on salary slip.)
3rd if the employer not ready to sign. on your PF claim form or forward the same to PF office, so, your have need to fill the form 19 & 10C & attach one letter stated that, your employer is not ready to sign. for that reason you have sent the form directly to RPFO.
So, RPFO will take a necessary action on that particular organization for asking the reason of same, & on that basis they have give the answer to RPFO.
For the F&F, if nobody attaint your complaint so, you have to co-ordinate with top person of orgnisation,

Hi,
I hv left my 1st job around 6 yrs ago and unfortunately lost my all documents which quoted the PF no. Meanwhile that co. got merged with another bigger co. and moved to a different site.
Though the PF amount is not very high but still it hurts hard to loose my own hard earned money. Plz advise me how to take this forward and get my PF amount either released or transferred to my new PF a/c with current co.
Thanks & regards,
:-? Vishnu

Dear Vinod M.
You can write a letter to Regional Provident Fund Commissioner of your area and questioned about the delay in your pf dues. I hope it will response quickly. If not then u go through Right of information act and know the detail of your payments.
