Need one favour from all of you. Can you just let me know if one person has signed a bond of 1 year with the company with a condition that if he/she will leave the company at the same time he/she will pay the double of the salary amount to tht company.but now he/she got an better opportunuity with increase in package and also better worjk profile than the the company in which he/she is working.
I these case can he/she leave the running company without any intemetion and join the new company. or he/she have to pay the double amount of salary and leave the company.
further if people are on a probation period of 6 month and they sign a bond of 1 year is it valuable from company point of view.
please reply fast.

if tat person has signed the bond then b4 quiting the job he/she should pay tat amount to company otherwise comp will go for legal action and he /she will be in trouble which wil affect the career also
