Employee of the quarter awards
Hi friends i would like to start a employee of the quarter award the winner for which will be decided by the rest of the employees. so that there is no biased judgement. a score will be allotted to a employee who does something good and beneficial. the one who gets the highest score will be rewarded the employee of the quarter. i would like to know as to on what parameters can the employees rate the other employee. kindly suggest out at the earliest as i am planning to have it for this quarter. regards julie

Can some one please help me with attendance bonus.i am planing to prepare a payment grid for bonus payout which is like: sl.no criterialeaves/quarter bonus percentage no leaves taken during workweek i.e. from monday to saturday in a quarter. 100 of attendance bonus up to 2 leaves 70 of attendance bonus 3 leaves 50 of attendance bonus more than 3 leaves 0 of attendance bonus for any unplanned and unauthorised leave in a quarter not eligible for that quarter. please see if this can be implemented or if anyone has a better plan for this.

We have a doubt which we need you to help us with. to tackle the issue of paid/earned leave we have thought of deducting leave when taken but paying the leave salary at the end of every 3 months. considering the person is entitled for 30 days leave his leave and leave salary will be split 8886 every quarter. salary slip will be modified to show 8 leave per quarter with 0 leave availed. so in this case every leave taken during the year will be deducted in each salary but we are paying leave salary every quarter. if we proceed as such do you forsee a problem from any legal angel? do we fulfill 1 leave entitlement 2 leave encashment 3 monthly salary

Dear all as you know i am working with an it company. i have thought to start a award "best team of the quarter" but now i am in confusion that what should be the criteria for this. it was a nice response from your side about best employee of the month. now please guide me and tell me what should be the criteria for this ?

We have not been deducting gratuity from employees since inception. now, the gratuity amount is coming to more than 1 crore
Hello all we are a small company with a span of 130 employees. though we have mentioned everything about gratuity in offer letter and employment agreement we have not been deducting gratuity from employees since inception. now the gratuity amount is coming to more than 1 crore which should be paid to employees. what do we do in this case please.
