Dear Sir,
It is informed that as per the latest provisions of ESI & EPF , inspections are carried by the field staff in cases where any default has been observed by the deptt. or any complaint made by person. If there is no inspection has been done since the set up of establishment, some records (only summary) should be placed before ESI authorities. As these deptt. are social security organisations, and there is no benefit in going for court matters as these organisations will take the benefit of social security provided to employee.
