Dear Sir, you just write a letter to RPFC in this regards and Also send them filled form no. 19 and 10c without employers signature. Sanjeev Kwatra

Hi,
Pls download form 19 & 10C from EPFO website and fill the details. Get the same attested by a notary public or gazatted officer. Submit the same to your regional epfo. You will get your Pf settlement. Employer signature is not madatory in all the cases.

Hi Kumar,
If you are unable to send the application through the employer or duly attested by him , for any reason whatsoever you may forward the claims duly signed in the presence of anyone of the following authorised officials and got attested over his official seal:
1.Magistrate
2.A Gazetted officer
3.President of the village union
4.President of the village panchayat where there is no union board
5.Chairman/Secretary/member of the municipal/district board
6.Post/sub-post master
7.Member of parliament/Legislative Assembly
8.Member of central board of trustees/Regional committee employee's pf
9.Manager of the bank in which the savings bank a/c is maintained
10.Head of any recognised educational institution
11.Any authorised official,as may be approved by the commissioner

Dear Kumar,
First find out from the company have they paid all the dues till date. If yes, then place your final request to the HR department, even then u donot have reply, then go to the PF office directly raise a complaint with the PRO and explain ur status on PF claim he will definitely help u.
