i am preparing for interview of Top MNC's.... i have only one week time ....
So seniors please tell me what sort of questions are asked in Mckinsey & Co. and Capegemini ; also tell me how can i prepare for all round of interviews..please suggest me...or if possible provide me valuable study Material....i dont want to loose a Opportunity..
Please tell me Which company is better ??
Mckinsey or capegemini ?? I want Seniors Suggestions....
Its urgent; please help me out ....

PLEASE LET ME KNOW ABOUT CONTRACT LABOUR ACT, 1970. AS PER THE PROVISION
OF THE ACT IF AN EMPLOYER ENGAGES >20
WORKERS, HE HAS TO GET REGISTERED
WIITH THE LABOUR AUTHORITY AND VICE VERS
FOR CONTRACTOR. BUT IN OUR CASE WE ARE
HAVING 4 CONTRACTORS PROVIDING US 18
WORKERS AND THEY HAVE NO LICENCE AND
WE ALSO HAVE NOT GOT REGISTERED WITH
THE AUTHORITY. IS THIS PRACTICE OK OR NOT?

Just go through it, may be it will help you, to understand some basic abstract attitudes, basic questions, how to answer some difficult ques., etc, etc.....

You did not mentioned that for which job position you have been asked to appear for interview in both the organizations?
What level of position is this in their organization because McKinsey is global consulting company they operate in many countries with Global MNC for their consulting services.
What area of expertise you have to exhibit in interveiw it depends on your previous career graph and exposeure.
I must say they recruit people who are expertise in their subject and you being novice showing your ignorance to How to face them is unpredictible to forecast what's guidance you are looking for.

You have not provided detail of whats your standing on Corporate Strategic? Or whats is your level of expertise and which area on corporate strategy -Marketing, HR, Finance, Procurement, and many issues...
Moreover I am not sure they will recruit anyone from India they have excellent brains in Corporate Strategy specially person who cannot guess what kind of interview he or she going to face with Mckinsey & Co is not even fit to shortlist for them..Because I know them and had interactions they are the one who reject business proposal of one million US$ if that is time wasting and has no fruitful results or require outsourcing.....
This is just to let you aware their standards and you cannot figure our your interview questionire you can guess where you stand?
