Scope of human resource career in india
I am doing distance learning mba now next semester onwards i have to decide to take specialization and based on my past work experience not hr but customer care admin & counseling i want to take hr as a specialization but after hearing from some people i am bit confused. oflate i have heard that hr industry in india is still young and under evolution and in india there is not much scope for hr jobs. though there are many hr/placement/recruitment companies and consultancy and you may regularly see requirements of hr generalist or hr recruiter in job portals etc.. but in the long run if you want to grow there is not much of scope and there is no career growth for an hr as such.. can anyone help me by clearing my doubts and does anyone have any idea about how much fresher mba hr with previous experience but not in hr is likely to get paid?
