Ms. Priya.. Can u brief me up to which organization r u framing a questionnaire? like Is it a manufacturing org or, based on tht also u can frame some questions

While framing questionaire you can include the following questions
1)Does the company have a compensation policy ,strategy
2)how competitive is the market for jobs
3)What are the benefits common to the industry
4)Have you create a benchmark jobs in the market to create a salary spine?
5)How is salary level adjusted internally for the jobs whose salary is not significantly guided by market forces?
6)What is % difference between the grades, & what type of salary band
7)Has the company clear job families
8) What process has been adopted for job evaluation
9) When was the compensation structure last revised
these are some questions
