hello sir i am isha owrking as hr executive in a paper trading company. my question is how to make HR manual for hr departement.
HR Manual is the HR Policy & Procedures of your organization. It is all about the employees of your organization. You can frame HR policy depending upon the requirement of your organization.
Some common topics are:
1) Ethics, Dress Code, Right to Amend.
2) Holidays.
3) You can also include renumeration part of your organization like Basic, HRA, Bonus etc.
5. Also mention Working hours, Attendance Compensatory off, Leave norms.
7. Code of Conduct for Communication.
15. Condition of Termination & Resignation.
