Hi,
I am into a problem for which I need help from seniors in the forum. I was forced to resign from a firm owing to recession blues, within probation period with an immidiate effect because it mentioned in my offer letter that within probation they could terminate my services at anytime.
The company now is refusing to clear my dues, and urging me to do whatever I like. Would request the seniors to help me by sending a draft warning letter to the company which I can give before a legal action is initiated.

dear
your services can be terminated during probation period which is legal but the company should clear your legal dues.if company is not clearing your legal dues, first send a letter through advocate and than file a case under payment of wages act with labour authorities.
