I was making the Dashboard for HR every wek in my previous org, i use to provide the following details to the TOP Mgmt:
1. Budgeted Manpower V/s Actual Manpower
2. Divisionwise Productivity Report
3. Attrition Report
4. Exit Analysis Report
5. Male Female Ratio
6. Probation Confirmed Ratio
7. Budgeted Manpower cost to Actual Manpower cost
8. No. of Trainings conducted & Man Hours
9. Legal Cases

r u referring to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or Balance Scorecard (BSC)?
in my previous company, i did the monitoring on these KPIs called KPIs Monitoring Board. it was also to get the BSC result. i'll post it later if u need this matter.
but, we need ur details in your dashboard...either it be KPI, BSC or Risk Monitoring or what else?

Thanks for the xls sheets.
Isnt there a way to have it with a better garphical interface with an easy to understand meters etc. i am not taking about just converting it to bar or pie charts.
