Many 'posts', with or without 'attached files' - by many members - touch on WHAT, WHICH, WHY, WHO and, perhaps, even WHEN. BUT fall/stay short of addressing the THE ALL-IMPORTANT "HOW".

Debit the Receiver Credit the Giver
Debit what comes in Credit What goes out
Debit the Expenses Credit the Income
I account books Cash is always on Debit - Meaning Use the cash for giood cause ... The bookkeeper almighty ffollows these rules for all of us.

Just to clarify to everyone that Crompton Greaves is not looking for any HR professional. But Mr. Sardar I has posted this advertisment with what capacity, I do not know. We are going to register an Police compalint / FIR against Mr. Sardar on this.
He is also using the name of a girl called Shweta. She had done some project through ICAFI. If Shweta is involved in this, we will involve her also in this FIR.
Very important learning to all of you, "Never give misleading information to jobless people, becuase you will also need a job one day and Never play with Company's Name like this. It will cost you much more than you anticipate.
Please note this and inconvenience caused by you is regrated.
Only way out, if all of you should call up Mr. Sardar and educate him not to mislead all of you like this. This misconduct can land him and Shweta in jail. However, if they call up or mail me their apology letter, I will think not take action.
People like Sardar and Shweta are misusing this noble forums like cite HR. I appeal the administrators to dismiss their membership so that they will be out from the system.
