Hi i m abhay. i wants to know about the mbaindustry integrated programme from madurai kamaraj university. how is it? i ve two option first is above programme and other programme is pgdm which is approved by mbaindustry integrated from madurai kamaraj university programme has four semesters. in ist sem. of the programme completely based on theory. and from the 2nd semester to the 4th semester the student has to undergo onthejob training. the academic component will be provided through class room learning at the university learning centres located in different parts of the country. at the time when the student competed the degree he has 11/2 years working experience. and the other major factor is fee of this programme is only rs.3 lakh. pgdm approved by is a well known programme but it very expensive in compared to the mba programme. fee of this programme is approximately rs.6 lakh. that why i m confused to choose the programme. which one is better mbaindustry integrated or which programme has the value for money? please help me it s urgent. thanks.
360 degree appraisal process.....?
Hello every one ths is neha sharma ...new to ths form....curntly pursuing mba and will be specializng in actualy i want to do my summer project on 360 degree .... i want to knw hw effective is 360 degree in a company....nd if it so effective y its nt get accptd by the employees....even i kw companies who say that they use 360 degree but they use 270 or less degree y it is so... and y many ask only social questions: "is the employee pleasant to work with? does he or she work well in a team environment? does the employee show a customer service attitude?" why the form had no questions about job performance. ." .... :?: pls suggest me hw to work on ths topic for a company where 360 degree is not acceptable by the employees... regards neha while this century was driven by technology the next would be driven by people.
