Employee with bad attendance record is now being stalked????
I work with an employee with a horrible attendance record. this employee has received final warnings for the last three years and now she is out of vacation and missing work again. she now claims that she used all of her vacation to handle issues surrounding a stalker. she is now missing work because of this stalker. what should we do? should we terminate based on her unfavorable record? or help her through this issue only to have her miss work again on another issue? i really don t know how to proceed a part of me wants to help her but looking at her past attendance record it only seems to indicate that she will continue to find reasons to miss work.

I have query regarding installation of attendance machine in our company. our company strength is around 60 and it is a 40 years old company. to maintain attendance of workers we were using attendance cards. to make work easier and more systematically management is planing to instal the attendance machine. my question is which attendance machine is appropriate for my company. whether biometric punching card or etc...what are the advantages of that particular machine and disadvantage of it. please help to find the suitable attendance machine and also of lesser cost one.
Attendance tracking - not able to control the outsourced employees attendance & we are ending up paying the whole salary
