Dear Neha,
I have a small query here. Do you have plan to measure impact of these funny team building activities? Do you have means to measure change on:
a) Organisation Culture
b) Productivity
c) Attrition etc
Possibly freaky Friday may remove dreariness of employees but cultural issues may remain in situ. I would not like to discourage you but if organisation's time is spent in any activity then ROI has to be attached to it.
Thanks,
Dinesh V Divekar

If it is a freaky friday then, why not make it really freaky? Like an outdoor activity. Like an overnight in somewhere.
