Some months back, I was searching for data for my summer project on 'Employee Engagement & Attrition'.
My project was basically divided into 2 parts :
PART 1:
To study effectiveness of current Employee Engagement Techniques at XYZ Co. and to use this data to suggest new employee engagement techniques . ( SURVEY 1)
PART 2:
-To identify causative factors of attrition with special emphasis on Job Abandonment cases and to use this data to suggest new employee engagement techniques (retention strategies) . (SURVEY 2)
Have posted some findings ( general data ) as well as the questionnaires used in surveys 1 & 2 . A lot of the stuff being company specific & thus confidential , I've excluded it . But I hope the stuff here is of use to others who may need it .
