90 votes is a pretty decent number to come to some probable inferences.
some observations are:
- there is a growing trend of leaving jobs within a year upto 3 years
- within upto 3 years it constitutes almost 60%..an area of concern for all of us
- some respite that there is still around 15% of us who would consider stbility and and change at the right time..
- we as HR professional must be aware of these changing trends and consider candidates and careers accordingly
