It thus alarms me when I receive several complaints from key customers which involve impoliteness and rudeness on your part. You will recall my letter of June 1 and our meeting last week in which I informed you that this type of behavior is unacceptable and urged you to changed your behavior. Unfortunately, however, I have continued to receive such complaints.]

You and no other employee is permitted to share company's details with any outside party but you continuously did of which we have a proof (find out the attachments for the same).

The other alleged against you is non-performance. Despite having given opportunities and leniency by the management there has been no change or improvement in your performance.

On the basis of the above you are hereby terminated and relieved from your services and your last working day will be 31st January, 2009.

You may collect your full & final settlement dues, if any, from the Office on 10th Feb, 2009 at 07:00 PM.
