hi neeru, since market is very down, i will suggest to join where u get any opening, BPO will also work out. first have some experience then you can choose your own

Recruitment is an important part of HR.There is immense growth scope in the same field.I suggest you continue with your recruitment job and gain experience in the same instead of creating a gap in your career waiting for a core HR opportunity(as you dont have any experience in the same).

Hello Neeru

You must be having skills as well as right attitude but the timing is wrong. The industry is going through recession wherein lay-off’s and cost cutting is a call of the day. The time is more difficult from for freshers (with less than 3 years of experience). So, either you take what you are getting or just wait.

Thanks and Regards
