Hi Folks,
You guys will be working in the different industries.
I have a small clarification:
In over ebullience, i ordered a noticeboard for my office, i use to put proverbs and few days back i put the tax filing process.
Latest, i dont know what to do with that noticeboard and what info to put everyday or even weekly or monthly.
other than proverbs, please tell me ur ideas yaa
reg the holiday list or any leave info we communicate thru mail, we have an intranet set up too..
please let me know orelse i will better remove it before my boss questions me:(..c u good nite

well u can put the list of birthdays & anniversaries of employees in the current month, so that everyone know in advance when to wish & whom to wish, upcoming events if u people organise in ur office, ........
'sayings by renowned celeberities" on motivational subjects...
list of holidays etc. etc.........so many things ..one has to be creative for that...

you can display the list of daily birthdays, award winners list during the month, list of employees who have not taken any leave during the month.
(you can do this along with the letter of appreciation. Daily any important newpaper cutings etc.,
these are the few things for display
just try to think over like the above, you can display many things.

yes, you can also display important emergency telephone numbers like hospital number, police, fire, ambulance, contact person and address neatly drafted in excel sheet. Topo plan of your entire office/factory layout and many more.

Hi You can put upcoming events, latest happening in organisation, articles related to latest technology in the market and so on Regards Sujata
You can also display employee achievements & why dont you pick up some good posters with nice pictures & moral line relevant to the company & keep changing one every week. Remember its very interesting when people stop to see those posters and may be even imbibe in themself something from that learning.

you can also put welcome note for new employee joining. Latest acheivement of the company,new corporate tie up,etc regards yacub
