One of Industrial Trainee of Accounts is undergoing training in my organisation. He has not been issued any letter i.e. appointment/permission to undergo the training. We have decided to give monthly stipend also.
Should I issue appointment letter or permission letter to carry out training in my organisation? please suggest the format or that appointment/permission letter.
Thanks

When Stipend is decided to pay then Trainee Appointment Letter is required to and authentic as well. Mentioned training period with comp.conditions for job
I Suggest go through journal"HRM & Labour Law" for varius forments

dear
how you are appointing trainees.whether your standing orders have provision to recruit trainees like that.this is the designation which we are creating ourself to save PF,ESI.we are not paying minimum wages on the name of stipend.the trainess which are taken through apprentice advisor are only to be considered as trainees and to be paid stipendand you should register their name with apprentice advisor.
besides this any person appointed is not a trainee and he will get all benefits as an employee.
