I teach Psychology at Post Graduate department and I feel that a session on Stress management should cover basic to stress that is what it is, sources: general and specific and stress on certain practical techniques of stress management, that can be found in psychology books or on internet too. Also make the participants practice certain easy breathing exercises, that would make the session very practical. You could include role play on sources of stress to make it even more interesting.
